These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Goglado, operated by Goglado ("we", "us"). By using our website or service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Goglado is a software tool that helps fitness studios manage members, leads, payments, and renewals. During early access, features may change, and the service is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
You must be authorised to run the studio or business you register.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, and no uploading of data you don't have the right to store.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter (your members, payments, etc.). You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Payments and plans

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Prices during early access are indicative and may change with notice.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay; their terms also apply.
Refund policy: during early access, Goglado is free, so no charges apply. Once paid plans begin, monthly plans are non-refundable for the current month; you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid period.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Goglado available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during early access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, you can request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
